Last night I attended the Boston Irish Festival at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA. What a great time!!! I had not attended since I was a little girl and being there last night made me wish I had never missed all those years! The night began with a couple different bands- the headliner being Gaelic Storm! They were incredible!! There were over 800 people in attendance at the event and it seemed like everyone was having as great of a time as I was. This event is going on until Sunday- and you DO NOT want to miss it!! There will be more concerts this weekend as well as a ton of events for the whole family to enjoy. There are 22 B.C. Tents packed with all kinds of good stuff! There is a 60×120 tent filled with Irish merchandise.
A couple of other really cool tents are the tents that contain Irish Heritage and Genealogy Information.
Today and Tomorrow there will be a carnival area open for the kids!! Check it out!
Of Course there would be no great Irish Festival without Beer Tents!! Head on over where there is a great supply of Guinness and more!
