Installer

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Traveling thru out N.E.
  • Working Outdoors
  • Meeting, Greeting, and accommodating Event Planners & an Occasional Celebrity
  • All this while Installing Party Event Equipment.

Applicants must:

  • Be in good Physical Condition with a Positive Can -Do Attitude
  • Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule
  • Have good customer service skills

Warehouse-Sundry Loader

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Picks and pre-stages the sundry part of all orders
  • Checks in returning equipment and restocks according to status and condition.
  • Cleans and preps the sundry accessories for the next order.
  • Notifies Facilities Manager of any deficient equipment and repairs equipment as directed.

Applicants must:

  • Be in good Physical Condition with a Positive Can Do Attitude
  • Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule
  • Have good customer service skills

Warehouse Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Assist with cleaning, repair, and refinishing of equipment.
  • Receive shipments to the warehouse; complete and file the proper paperwork with the front office.
  • Prepare will-call orders for customer pick-up
  • Receive rental inventory returned by customers; restock rental inventory.
  • Assist in investigating customer complaints about faulty rental inventory

Applicants must:

  • Be in good Physical Condition with a Positive Can Do Attitude
  • Be able to coordinate multiple jobs/tasks at the same time
  • Have good customer service skills

Sales & Marketing Assistant

  • Handle customer inquiries; recommend equipment that best meets customers’ needs; create and send quotes and other sales literature as needed
  • Follow up with key customers by phone or email, thanking them for their business and inquiring about their experience with the BC Tent.
  • Process orders; reserve equipment requested.
  • Process change orders submitted by customer.
  • Maintain BC Tent’s web site, Facebook, blog, Twitter, and other internet based media.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
