Our busy season at B.C. Tent & Awning Co. is definitely summer- but we do also keep busy during the winter with our shelter side of the business. Our standard shelters range from 12′ wide to 24′ wide and we also now offer the “Big Fred” shelter which starts at 30′ wide and goes up to an amazing 100′ wide. Already this season we have installed many shelters for storing vehicles, equipment, sand and salt. We even installed a shelter over a swimming pool so that our customer could swim all winter! Some of the shelters have been installed on the ground and some are put on knee walls. Another shelter we installed was an 18′ wide x 18′ high x 60′ long which stores rescue vehicles
They are the rounded style so that during New England winters, the show will simply slide off of the top
and will not cause the unit to cave in like an “A frame” style might.
The life expectancy of the fabric is six to ten years and we are happy to recover the frame for a fraction of the cost of the unit when needed.
The units are made with galvanized steel piping and 12 oz. green or white poly.
They are engineered to meet and exceed local building codes.
The polyester fabric allows for natural light and exceptional ventilation.
They can also be extended in length to meet growing needs.
