By law, staked tents require a Dig Safe notification at least 72 business hours before installation, but we also offer weighted tent options for last-minute rentals. Our team takes care of any necessary town or city permits, ensuring a hassle-free process.

Yes, but we refer to them as walls. The walls are added to the tent after it is setup. They can be rolled up and tied to provide an open tent and dropped during the function if the need arises.

A pole tent is a traditional style of tent that has one or more center poles that holds up the center of the tent A pole tent must be staked into the ground. A frame tent has no center poles, so it provides full use of the space under the tent. Frame tents are traditionally more labor-intensive to install, so, in most cases, you will find the rental cost higher than a conventional pole tent. Frame tents can be staked into the ground or weighted.

Yes. We maintain an inventory of variety of basic lighting styles to further enhance your tent.

An awning is usually a permanent fixture that is attached to a structure such as a home or a building. Some awnings are removed from the building in winter months and stored until spring when they are “re-hung”.

A canopy is a lighter-duty tent that can be installed by the customer. Traditionally, walls are not included with canopies. Canopies are usually less expensive to rent because they do not require professional installation. Two people can install our canopies in less than one hour and they are easily transported in the trunk of most cars.
