Founded in 1980 by Bob Costa with a single rental tent, B.C. Tent & Awning Co., Inc. has grown into one of New England’s leading tent rental companies. Guided by our commitment to Service, Quality, and Commitment, we cater to both small events and large corporations with the same attention to detail.

Our 1997 campaign, Big or Small, We Do It All, expanded our reach in Boston, leading to multiple relocations to accommodate growth. Since 2000, we’ve operated from our Avon, MA facility, later expanding with an 8,000 sq. ft. addition in 2015. In 2017, we acquired Boston Party Rentals, further enhancing our inventory and services.

From a small part-time team in the ’80s, we now employ over 25 staff members, with additional seasonal hires. Constantly innovating, we won Best Wedding Rentals on the Boston A-List 2016.
